For those that own Kiton/Isaia pieces how does attolini fit in comparison? Relatively similar? Just about to pull the trigger on some pieces.

I own pieces from all three of those makers. Really, the fit varies from piece to piece, as all three have various models with different cuts. If buying online, I would ask for measurements, paying particular attention to the shoulder width, as that is extremely hard (if not impossible) to have tailored correctly. Also, make sure that if it’s used and has surgeon’s cuffs, the sleeves should be very close to your intended length; if buying new, then this is unimportant. Good luck! The three Attolini pieces I wear are sublime!
