Those clips look like something the guy who made that movie The Room created his own rendition of Wall Street.

According to the average viewer, it has a 85%+ rating.

What the fuck are you talking about? Boring!?! Didn't you see that part where that chubby guy raises his voice in anger?

I have four words that should set every moviegoer's heart racing with excitement-- Moratorium! On! Railroad! Bonds! I mean, what more could you possibly want from a movie? I hear theatres are going to be given explicit instructions not to let anyone enter or leave the theatre during that old guy's press conference so that none of the rapt moviegoers are distracted. You pay for the whole seat, but you'll only need the edge!

It's so timely as well. I mean, what could possibly have more relevance to our post-modern 21st Century existence than the construction of railroads? They really tapped into the zeitgeist with this one! Is "Atlas Shrugged" the most thrilling movie ever made?

    "To a successful business partnership."
    "I'll drink to that."

    BOOM!

HOLY SHIT! I'M CAMPING OUT TO BE FIRST ONE IN LINE TO SEE THIS MOVIE!

    I lol'd

It pains me to watch the Ayn Rand true believers go through contortions to pretend like this isn't a cinematic turd for all time.

You seem personally vested in how shitty this movie is. Interesting.

Like that will mean squat with interested viewers? I can't think of how many movies got panned by the critics yet were a huge hit with the target market. A movie based on the works of someone seen as an icon of the right panned by a bunch of movie critics? Wow, didn't see that coming! [IMG]

    http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/roger_and_me/ = 100% on that site. Interesting.
