Ciao a tutti,

Sixty-two years have been passed since my father at the age of 9, started his apprenticeship by the old Napoletan master tailors in Caserta. Then some years later in Milano, working with Colavito, heir of the milanese school of Cesare Tosi's, and for many years after the great and most important Sartoria Caraceni made him the so called “Sarto Finito”. During many years of experience apprenticeships with master tailors, he would learn their secrets and recognize the differences by putting the best and his own creativity together. He became one of the old masters of the revolutionary Milanese method and of a trade now forgotten.

Today, after years of studying and learning, I follow the steps of my father continuing the Milanese school dinasty and to bring the old trade to light as it was made, step by step all handstitched, sewed and cut by hand as many years ago.

We don't follow any style, just our own style, this is what we are going to give to any of our customers.

Some fresh new tweeds arrived recently. These are special hand loomed tweeds and are made of shetland wool and cashmere or vicuna or silk, the quality is top notch here! Which one do you prefer?hmmm...

…and, while I was working on this jacket, my father is working on a lightweight light blue suit (Super 130)

The jacket looks great -- I like it a lot (Shirt collar points need to be longer though)

Many thanks, you know I am the tailor right?? :D ;)
Good observation.. actually the shirt collar is right lenght but the tie knot has been made very tight, I like it to be very attached to the skin, and that made the collar to lift up a little..that is part of the dressing, I don't like perfect things, I better like my things to be unique.

Some details of our almost all hand stitched high waist pants cut. We have different models to choose from and all highly customiseble in the details: large extended tab fastening belt, large waistband or a front fly enclosure. Here you can note the French flyes with two buttons on the inside. On the bottom, our trousers are finished with cuffs.
