All,

I have a question to you all. I understand that there are some who lift and some who do not... but I would appreciate your views on "at what size do you consider arms big?"

I think 16" (approx 41cm) for a 6 footer is big.

Please share your views.

imo it is when your bicep measurement = at least 1.2 x length from shoulder bone to end of elbow bent at 90 degrees

What about when someone in an office full of desk-monkeys tells you this?

Mine are a bit over 15" and they all think it's big.

It depends on body fat. A guy with less than 10% BF and 15in arms is doing pretty great, while a fattie with 15in arms looks, well, flabby.

a guy who's 5'8, 160-175 with 15" arms looks more impressive than a guy who's 6'+, 200+ lbs with 17" arms.
