I like this Sweater and it's on 45 percent off.

I am almost same size as the model but the problem is that I think the sweater is too large on the model so I am thinking of ordering a medium. What do you guys think?
I don't have experience with Aspesi and was wondering if I should wait for the Mr. Porter sale and get a sweater from Brunello Cucinelli on discount? Will the quality be a lot better? When do you guys think the sale will be on on Mr Porter?
I have one BC sweater and a shirt that I bought full price from Milan and the sweater seems to be of great quality. Any other brand suggestions? John Smedley sweaters are too thin I think. Pringle doesn't have the same quality as before and Malo seems to be a step down to what it was. What do you guys think about brands like Altea, Massimo Alba, etc. I like Slowear too but their designs are a bit too plain and classic for my tastes.
I am also looking for an overhaul of my wardrobe and am looking for a unique classic brand that fits my budget like Aspesi. I can't afford to have my entire wardrobe made out of loro piana and BC haha.
