Does the pattern/color of this Balmacaan limit its versatility?

Not in my opinion. It’s a subtle, classic pattern, pretty versatile. Treat it as a solid grey coat, wear it over navy, jeans, khakis, just about any color suit or odd trousers (Except a similarly pattered grey).

Hi!

I bought this rather interesting and certainly unusual colored 100Hands shirt. It fits well and the quality is very good (as should be expected from 100Hands). My question is, how does one wear shirt this color? I tried to convey the color by taking a pic, but since it is a hard color to get on picture, I added a better one from 100Hands’ website. It is pink stripes on a light blue base. The material is 70% Royal Voile Cotton – 30% linen; it is a summer shirt for sure.

My ability to combine colors really does not extend beyond the basic navies, greys browns and so on.
So what colored trouser, knitwear and jackets does one pair this with?

Hi, all. Looking for a seersucker suit to help survive the next DC summer. Any recommendations for something nice otr? Would prefer solid navy, soft shoulder, high rise, pleated...any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Who makes nice silk scarves? I want something to wear around my neck this spring, but I am having a difficult time finding anything good. I am not looking for the typical patterned Italian scarf, but rather something more minimalist. I am located in Europe.

Thank you, that is a good suggestion but not quite what I am looking for. I went digging through women’s scarves, and found one that was pretty close to what I am looking for:

Hey all , question about ease allowance pertaining to the collar. Just for context I had a denim style wool jacket made for me for winter from a business that is recommended by styleforum. Well they messed up in a number of ways, but most egregious was the collar, my neck is 17 inches circumference, and they went ahead and made jacket collar 17 inches, suffice to say I'm strangling myself when i try to button up the collar. now I can search online to see how much ease allowance you should expect for what type of fit, whether it's fitted, semi fitted, loose or oversized and at what parts of the body need amount of ease allowance.
Trouble is, not one site I've searched tells you how the collar of a jacket or coat is measured or configured. So I'm asking the folks of styleforum, do you have a website to direct me to so I can discover how a jacket collar is measured and what ease i need so I can avoid this mistake in future. Im looking for a ease allowance chart that includes the collar essentially.

Many thanks to you all.

Best value socks for casual wear with boots/loafers/sneakers? Looking for white / cream or ecru / light grey / green options.

Is there a way to reshape a suit jacket sleeve that has crumpled after traveling?

Mainly the area beside the shoulder is mishaped and hanging it for an extended period hasn't improved it.

I’m looking to have a custom sport jacket made in NYC at suit supply and have a question - single or double vents?

The jacket will likely be unlined in hopsack or fresco light to medium blue.

I normally would do single vent but thought I’d ask the community here before ordering.
