    Yes and Yes.

The rule for buttoning the buttons on a jacket are from top to bottom: Sometime Always Never.

My cousin (82nd) said the wolverines 1kmile are more comfortable for walking/long term wear than the new ICB, fwiw.

Sound like a stupid question, but this is a men's watch, right? It just feels small on my rust.

    Thanks,

A "random" blog?! That just shows your ignorance. The author of that blog is respected as an expert in menswear.

For the record, I think your advice was right about which ties to get. What was wrong was implying that a black grenadine tie is an abomination against nature. I get sick of the blind leading the blind on this board. This is what frustrates the true experts and runs them out of town.

That looks like a free gift Time Magazine gave with a subscription. It's probably from the 70's or 80's and mens watches were much smaller at that time. What are the measurements of the band and face of the watch? If it's 34mm (across the watch) or so and 18mm (width of the band) it's likely a mens watch

Quick question: I'm going to buy a casual, unstructured cotton blazer to wear over tee shirts and such in warm weather. Possibly to clubs in evenings. What is the most (urban) stylish yet versatile color? I'm not much into wearing tan. Basically comes down to black, charcoal or some shade of blue.

Did you read my post? Because that's not what I said, and nowhere did I imply it is an abomination.

He asked which two ties would be more versatile, and which we would recommend. I said I recommended the navy and the burgundy, not the black one, because black is associated with funerals even if grenadine is not.

+1... it doesn't make sense to use those for hiking Romeo, occasional or not. There are plenty of places you could pick up decent actual hiking boots for around $150 (or even less if you hunt for a deal) and have much more reliable, safer footwear.

Seriously? I always thought she was Lebanese or something.... Name makes more sense now, though.
