Looking for options for a tan/caramel double monk. Considering Meermin in light naturcalf from their Linea Maestro, and Sid Mashburn's autumn brown DM (made by Alfred Sargent). Those differ 2x in price. There are also Carmina models on Inca and Simpson but those aren't available in my size.
Any other makers? Is AS worth 600+ for calfskin?

Three years ago i was given a grey and navy check cashmere scarf as a gift and lost it last winter and have been looking recently for a replacement and can't find anything that isn't going to bankrupt me!

Looking in the £50-£100 bracket for some thing a bit like this

Check out Epaulet for belts..They just got in some cool chromexcel belts and a snuff suede belt...

They also carry flannel and tweed for those midwestern cold days...

I just picked up their exploded flannel shirt and it is really cool...

    Thanks.

For work environment, should I get Chelsea boots or Chukka? From your post I assume that you recommend Chelsea.

@guitar2013 personally I done wear Chelsea. I have a skinny heel and ankle and being able to lace up a boot or chukka tight is why I wear them. But honestly if day your safe either way.

I'm new to this forum so please bear with me, I'm doing my best :)

Anyone have any insight into the quality of Brooks Brothers branded high-end shoes? Specifically, these, which seem to look similar to Alden's but are made in Italy:

Thanks. Thinking about pulling the trigger on these since they have a unique look (exotic leather/markings) and are discounted from an original $700 price mark.

Funny, I always liked these boots too. I don't know about them specifically but they are Blake stitched which is a good welt. I suspect that they are well made.

What's the general consensus on Guess Jeans? I really like them, the feel of the denim and the fit but I've been on a buying spree since their premium jeans have been on sale at Macy's but I want to start getting into the good quality spectrum of jeans. I only wear jeans on the weekends but I hate knowing the fact that I've purchased meh quality items (I haven't seen too much about Guess jeans, their quality from recently but I've just stumbled upon this site and decided to educate myself a bit. I've bought like 4 pairs of guess jeans (between 40 and 100 for one pair but the wash I really loved), a couple of pairs of Lucky brand jeans and my very first Selvedge pair of jeans by Denim and supply RL (83 bucks). Anyway, I'm going to keep reading up and just upgrading my wardrobe in the future, Thanks guys.

Anybody familiar with Greats? I'm interested in their Royale sneaker priced at $159. They claim to be hand crafted in Italy and constructed with
vegetable tanned Vechetta leather. Could the quality/comfort of this shoe rival a Common Projects sneaker?
