There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

How much grip do crepe soles get on bicycle pedals?

In my experience crepe soles get enough grip on bicycle pedals. That being said my pedals have very aggresive metal spikes on them. If your pedals do not have metal spikes I would recommend against riding with them. As crepe soles grip horribly on anything moderately smooth and wet.

someone a while back suggested a pair of sweatpants that i believe were made in england (or an english brand), for around 35 bucks on amazon. they had a tapered leg , and would be considered "trainers". might have been in the nike thread, but i havent had luck finding it. anyone know what i'm talking about?

is framesdirect.com a safe website to order sunglasses from? i wandered into a Sunglass Hut today and tried on a pair of Persol PO9649S and loved them...but not for the $330 price tag. I found them online a lot cheaper but I've never bought sunglasses online.

Any safe websites to order from other than Sunglass Hut? How can places like framesdirect get away with the major discounts?

I wanted to know if you felt this Regular suit fit, or if I needed to get a long. You can see here the sleeve, and the tail of the jacket. My knuckles are a tad past the tail of the jacket.[IMG]

    Hi there,

I think you should get a long size!!
That cuff needed to be lengthen at list 1 inch or go to a tailor to have the sleeves lengthened

I clicked through some pictures of the pitti uomo. I have seen several guys wearing woolen overcoats with felted effects on it (like vintage). Any idea where to get such a coat?

Casentino wool. Shops like gdl's No Man Walks Alone carry a LBM version. IIRC he's mostly sold out though.

Anyone know any brands which sell similar sizing to Topman's XXS shirts? Been looking for a pink oxford shirt and the only brand that I've found with sizing similar to Topman is J.Crew, but even their XS shirts have overly long/wide sleeves and hem. As I can't seem to find a pink oxford on Topman's website, I guess my only option is to buy one from J.Crew and get it altered, but that could add up to be kinda pricey!

I have a pair of raw APC denim that I need altered at the fly area. I dont want to wash it before bringing it in. It's not that dirty since I've only worn it for a month now. Would tailors have an issue with this?
