Looking for an on-line source of (gray) laces for Lanvin high-tops, or of non-original but similar quality product.

    Suggestions?

I found a pair of pants in Zara that I really liked, and they fit perfectly throughout the waist and the thighs, but the legs were waaay too skinny and tight. Does anyone know if it's possible to bring a pair of pants to a tailor to have him de-taper the legs?

My common sense says that it could only be done if there was some extra material hiding somewhere.

There was some extra fabric in the outseam, if I recall correctly; that could potentially allow for some letting-out. I'll have to go take another look at some point, I suppose. Thanks for the response.

Anyone have any thoughts about the best places to pick up new socks? I usually prefer something outside the typical black/brown combo. Corgi's seem interesting but $30-$40 a pair seems steep. Thoughts?

Do you want dressy or street? For dressy, try HowardYount.com Many different varieties of Marcoliani.

Hey everyone i'm new here and am VERY fashion-illiterate. Can anyone point me out to a starting place? Specifically, is there a thread that talks about different types/articles of clothing and what each kind looks like? Thanks!
