Someone please reccomend me good quality navy chinos which fits w 26/27...or those slim 28 which can be taken in the waist and so...
*had a drdenim chinos but the fit kinda got screwed up by my tailor

Has anyone dealt with returning an item to Penfield? How long does it take for them to issue a refund after they receive the item?
I ordered a jacket off the site and wasn't what I expected so I returned it.
Tracking says it's been there since Saturday. It's been two business days already and nothing was refunded to my bank.
I use the contact system to try and get an update but no response and it's been over 24 hours. Before ordering the jacket, they always returned my emails at around 11AM EST the next business day. This time I haven't gotten a response from my email on Monday.
They have no phone number either to call them

Any help?

OK This is a dumb question.
I bought a DB flannel jacket, but they don't have cuff buttons. The button was made of wood. Where can I find it? My past experience was they always will give you buttons somewhere, but there's only a very small one (for the internal pocket) can be found. I don't want return because I like the jacket. Is that OK to

You could probably call up Jil customer service and ask for some replacements. Failing that, you can buy more online ... http://www.woodbuttons.com/ ? Might be difficult to get a perfect match, but you never know.

Epaulet will do a restock in February. They go down to size 28 and are pretty damn slim. I'm normally a size 30 and had to size up to a 31.

penfield said it wasn't one of their models. it kind of looks like carhartt but most carhartt patches are on the front of the jacket, not on the arm. i need this jacket or something similar. thanks!

I had bought some Eastland casual leather dress shoes a month ago. I finally got around to cleaning them with a leather lube.
However, it seems that the shoe is slightly darker shade of brown now. It looks better acctually, but I'm wonder what I should
do when I attempt to clean it again in a couple weeks. Just use the same cleaning product (paid $10 for it) or something else?*
Could it get any darker if I use it again on the shoes tomorrow?
