What boot color options do I have wearing navy jeans and a dark navy pea coat? cognac, brown, rust, black?
    I'm considering these boots:

Should I buy this Clarks Manly Alpine or this Clarks Motive Pole?
Want to wear them in winter with raw denim, knits and a grey peacoat and I don't have brown boots at the moment. Which will last longer when I walk with them in snow and when they come into contact with de-icing salt?

    Thanks!

I have this fatigue jacket from J Crew in faded black

Got it cheap, for like $80, during a sale. Turns out I really kind of like it....but sort of hate the fact that its J Crew and so damn ubiquitous. It's also a little too broken in with frayed edges and the like, plus half the buttons are ready to fall off (I need to work on that and reinforce them if I plan to keep wearing it). Also while I like the overall design the pockets and flaps are just a touch on the big and obnoxious side. I just can't find something I like as much to replace it however. I like the fit and the fact that it's all buttons rather then snaps (and I loathe velcro). Not finding any good alternatives really. Anybody have any suggestions? I bought a Belstaff Roadmaster to replace it, which I like.....but don't love. May end up moving on to something else if I can find something. Any ideas of something that is similar in style but better quality?

Anyone have experience with 3Sixteen's duffle coats? Are they heavy/warm enough for a NW winter (30 degrees F at the coldest)?

    Quality good?

pretty much an overcoat length napoleon-buttoned style jacket. all i can find are military repros for like ww2 reenactments which doesn't really fit the bill

I know you mentioned better quality but why not just pick up another J. Crew one? I like this one here: http://www.jcrew.com/mens_category/outerwear/wallaceandbarnes/PRDOVR~51879/51879.jsp

What's the general protocol for shipping a shirt to Austrailia from the US? I want to ship the cheapest way possible but that has no tracking, and I've heard stories of people making false claims that they didn't get a the item...
