1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

OK, I'm clearly missing something here. I typically wear jeans that are size 33 at the waist. Just a few minutes ago, I measured my actual waist size using a cloth tape measure: I'm 40" at the navel and 38" measured two inches below the navel. Huh? How is that?

Good god no! It's nothing like that. In fact, I've always been considered slim. Nobody would ever look at me and think I was overweight, let alone obese. - Keith

I just placed an order with TOJ to make a suede bomber like this in the same color. Now I a having second thoughts whether this color suede will work with raw jeans and charcoal trousers. The trousers are fitted by MC standards. In case you think that this will not work, which of the 3 colors whose pics are given would you recommend.

The one that I have specified.

    Option 1

    Option 2 (in suede)

Option 3 (the light colored one in front)

Oh sorry i thought the first pic was just a style example and the option 1-3 were the colors you could choose from. Personally i like the color in the very first picture the best, and then "option 1" second...

This is a really basic question, but I haven't been able to find a definitive answer on it with the search function in this thread yet:

On the initial shrink for raw denim, why soak instead of wash? Is it solely for indigo retention? Or are there other reasons?

Washing will soften the denim and cause a loss of indigo

The AA shirts fit me really well--but I'm a skinny guy, so ymmv. (Not the case at all with hanes, but Gildan for example is usually ok.)

You can buy frames online and go to your eye doctor to get prescription lenses put in them
