It is a measurement.

HPS = High Point Shoulder.
Measure from the back high point of shoulder seam
(or from the natural shoulder fold) straight down to
the bottom of garment, keeping the tape measure
parallel to center back.

I was under the impression that even if your USPS shipping method isn't trackable (updated regularly) that it will still show the date/time it was received by the post office & also the date/time it was delivered. Am I wrong here?

Seller shipped last week and forwarded me this # just the other day, which gives me this message when I go to track it:

"\tLabel/Receipt Number: 1307 2480 0000 0292 6059

Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office. "
