What happened to KMW? Are they defunct now? I was recently at the tannery in harvard square and saw some of their new style 1980's ( with the wide selvedge) and was wondering if they were ever going to put anything new out. I had heard something about them shutting down production but that was a while ago and wanted to know if anyone had any news.

What are my color options for shoes to wear with a black casual blazer?

What color shirts would work with a pair of darker gray chinos? How about shoe/boot colors?

I've been looking for a pair of lace-up dress shoes, preferably light brown, that have a completely flat sole, i.e. no rise in the heel.

Opening Ceremony does this, and they seem to have a lot of shoes left around sale time.
Mostly this is on desert boots though, and the lows I've seen have all been two tone or canvas.
Also, it makes me feel like I'm wearing slippers or something.

i would like to pick up an ervell knit. If i'm 6'2" with a 40 chest, would a medium or large be a better size if going for a relatively slim fit? Would a medium be too short?

Check the official website for the specific knit you want and look up the measurements. Ervell knits do make up fuller and short. I have the navy shawl snap cardigan and although I am normally a small I sized up to a medium and love the fit (slightly loose but has the right sleeve and overall length).

I just bought N&F SlimGuys in broken twill, fit is great, slightly long though as the inseam is 34.

I'm normally a 30 for inseam, but in nudies I wore 32x32 and this was a good length for honeycombing and what not.

    Think I should hem these N&F to a 32 or a 32.5. I know it's a small difference, but I'm pretty picky...so what I'm asking is..shorter or longer?

Blue Owl is the only place that has a Union Special if you want a chainstitch (and they're an affiliate so you should support them anyway)

Is this if you just compare it to other $50-$100 shoe brands?
Just trying to clarify if you're comparing it on an overall scale (probably is very low-end).

I'm eyeing a pair of Bottega Veneta dress shoes and wonder if they're worth the money at 20% off and who exactly produces their shoes "in petto" ? Any ideas ?
