    there's a couple pics of me on page 8. the one i sent him was taken a few days ago by a friend of mine when i fell asleep - it has my face in it kind of so I'd rather not post it though. It was just a candid reference for bf%.

    strongest i've been in months today, not sure why. here was my night:

    deadlift: 5 x 5, 315, 425, 515, 565

    mil press: 5 x 5, 225, 275, 315, 365, 365

    bench: 5 x 5, 315, 365, 425, 465, 465

    barbell curl: 5 x 5, 145, 145, 175, 195, 195

    chins w/100 lb dbell: 5 x 5

    over head dumbell extension: 5 x 5, 165, 185, 200, 200, 200

    squat: 5 x 5, 365, 425, 475, 515, 515

    This late into the week? absurd...

    I'm wondering if you need more volume for your glycogen depletions? but that's a hell of a lot of work you have already. 35 sets + warmups?

    This late into the week? absurd...

    HD was wiped. I haven't seen anything but the raws for the most recent set (sold recently), but they were a bit provactive anyway (greek themed...). May diet down again depending on where I end up going for spring break. If it's somewhere beachy then I'm sure there'll be pictures and I'll diet depending on how midterms are going.

    Do you do a single depletion or two before the refeed? I'd be interested in trying to deplete as early as possible in the week and see if it mattered. other than feeling terrible of course... curious if it would speed up the process at all.

    feeling a bit depleted myself. tomorrow night, then a refeed.

    still don't know how you're refeeding every other week. that's gotta be rough. it's been too damn cold here lately and between the ketosis and that I've been feeling shitty.

    Ah well, it's short term.

    10% unflexed typically. I have to lol occasionally at people who claim 5 or 6% (or really any sub-10% like it's nothing) bf & complain that they can't see abs. I was a dry 9% for my last shoot and looked perfectly acceptable. Most covers tend to be in the 7-8% range.

    Lance is pretty on point though. Bulk until you're where you want to be or you put on a bit too much, and cut down for summer or whatever event you want to look your best for.


    I found this hard to do, I mean I bulked last year to about ~162lbs I got the strongest I've ever been got to my max flat bench to 225lb @ 1 rep and squats up to 245lbs @ 4 rep.

    Then I started doing less weight and more repetitions, I got a LITTLE more lean, and I was eating descent (but then again I used to drink milk every night before going to bed) [​IMG]

    Right now my strength is definitely not what it used to be, but back in the day I used to work out with my friend who really pushed me hard, I'm afraid I just don't have the same motivation by myself.
