Bought a used LEB distortion leather jacket which I believe its made of horse culatta leather. Right sleeve is a bit too long for my arm and I'm thinking to get it tailored. Can anyone here please help me check the rest of the fit of the jacket? Thank you!

This is my first time buying artisanal leather jacket. So the long sleeve length is part of the design?

Some of them in a way, yes. Honestly though, having owned some LEB jackets, shortening at the sleeve hem of an unlined version will be fine. You can probably do it by 1 to 1.5 inches based on your photos.

If I'm not too late on this: if the sleeve length bothers you or inhibits function, shorten it. If you're just worried about how it looks... nobody is going to look at that jacket and think Hey the sleeves are off.

Looks really good by the way.

Hi guys, new here but been following this forum for a while. I absolutely love the look of Elena Dawson and Paul Hardnen jackets/coats but they are simply out of my price point, even second hand. I am wondering if anyone knows of a brand or designer that has a similar handmade victorian vibe but isn't over the moon expensive? Or perhaps has a similar look to their outerwear? Thanks so much in advance.
