From a London-based boating supply company. Unbleached/undyed wool from black sheep, not treated to remove the lanolin so it has that odor and repels light rain well. Warm and heavy - good sweater for winter. Fine under a field coat I have, almost too bulky to wear under a Barbour jacket.

I have one like that with a crew neck that I picked up in Copenhagen at a similar
store. Great for cross country skiing when it is below zero. Haven't worn it since
I moved to CA. It just doesn't get that cold here even in the mountains.

I would try to carefully remove the label on the sleeve.

I have a good hard wearing jumper that looks similar but the neck is not so large
