1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Armani Collezioni vs. Arnold Brant

    I realize they are not top tier, but I'm looking at a couple of suits by each that can both be had for close to the same price. So in simple terms, is one a clear winner over the other?

    I would choose Armani for the fabric selection and the slightly slimmer sillhouette.

    Armani by a huge margin. Better cut, better styling, and canvassed lapels (which most ABs -- but not all -- don't have).

    Armani Collezioni is much better IMHO. Styling wise, Armani is really the best when compared to other mainstream designers. I wish Collezioni suits were fully canvased, that would be simply amazing.

    Let me warn you though, Armani suits are not everyday work suits. Most often, Armani fabric is very delicate.

    I would also go with Armani, although brant sometimes does make suits using LP cashmere or higher grade fabrics, they won't be canvassed.
