For all those that might interested: I went back to TJ Maxx and took stock of everything they have.  It is all listed below, as best as I can describe it.  They all have original tags with certificates of authenticity and original prices on them.  I=Italy size, USA=USA size. Blue Label (Giorgio Armani Classico): Knit buttondown shirt with point collar, long sleeves, and sleeve placket.  100% wool.  medium weight wool that's soft, but more of a cotton feel to it.  Original price $450, sell for $50 shipped.  In colors/sizes: dark olive (56I 40USA), light grey (56I, 40USA), navy (56I, 40USA), light grey (58I, 42USA). Fine gauge mock neck (I think this is what it is...  the collar is a little over 2 inches high, which is longer than most mock necks i've seen, so it could be folded over too i guess).  40% wool, 30% cashmere, 30% silk.  Very soft and fine to the touch, definitely one of the best items.  Original price $525, sell for $85 shipped. Color: sky blue, Size: 48. Another fine gauge mock neck in light gray (with the same ambiguous collar height). 70% Cashmere, 30% silk. Very soft, not as thin as the blue one, my favorite item. Original price $600, sell for $100 shipped. Size: 58. Medium gray long sleeve tee shirt. 88% viscose, 12% silk. Nothing special here but will sell it at cost if anyone is interested. Original price $525 (yeah, right...), sell for $40 shipped. Size 58I 42USA. Black Label (Giorgio Armani): Light heathered gray cardigan, kind of like the knit buttondown above, except no sleeve placket and a 1/2" high band instead of a point collar.  Buttons all the way down the front.  Also has a french placket (instead of a regular one on the blue label knit buttondown).  Medium weight, still cotton-y but a bit softer. 90% wool, 10% cashmere. Size 54I 38USA. Original price $1350, sell for $50 shipped. Size 30 Flat front 100% wool pants. black. medium weight wool. Sell for $70 shipped. Single-pleat black tuxedo style pants (a little strip of something shiny down the outer seams) in a medium weight wool.  Slash pockets. Sizes 33, 34, 36, 38, 40.  Sell for $70 shipped Size 34 flat front navy trousers in 95% medium weight wool and 5% spandex.  My favorite of the pants.  Side tabs (like some suit pants have) to allow for tightening.  Also at the center of the waist, the closure is a snap instead of a button or a hook.  Sell for $80 shipped. Size 36 single-pleat grey pants.  Design is a bit strange.  Slash pockets.  It doesn't have a waistband in the sense that there is no seam 2" from the top of the pants, but there are belt loops.  Sell for $70 shipped. Navy wool bucket-style hat.  sell for $25 shipped. 2 very thin black leather belts (like .5" thick) in size 46 and 54.  sell for $30 shipped. Other items: Armani Collezioini khaki-color dress shirt in M with covered placket -- nothing special and not worth it IMO, but sell for $40 shipped. LOTS (like over 50) of Emporio Armani items including extrafine merino in many styles and colors and sizes and in a course, open wool/acrylic blend knit.  Also lots of pants and shirts.  I figured not many people would be interested in these as they are similarly priced to the above, but if anyone is curious I can check (the people who work there were getting suspicious with me scribbling all of these things down) So if anyone is interested, please PM me...  also any advice as to what would be good for eBay would be appreciated.  I'll leave you with a few other fine items I found as I perused the aisles: A gorgeous $1200 linen/cashmere blend gray v-neck sweater with an $80 price tag and a 5" hole in the sleeve. And the cream of the crop: A single white Polo Ralph Lauren brief on a hanger marked on clearance for $3, down from $8.
