Are you able to tell if a jacket is canvassed by how it falls on someone's body?

it is a **** question because there was at least one thread going on about this subject 2 or 3v days ago, which referred back to multiple threads which apparently have occupied the mind of the SF senior member's to the same extent as those taking place in the early Christian church regarding the nature of the relationship between the Son and the Holy Spirit in the trinity- which took 500 hundred years to crystallise and resulted in the creation of a breakaway forum now called the Eastern Orthodox Church

No one can tell.

For that matter, 90 percent of people can't tell if your jacket fits right by SF standards.

I am slowly but surely assembling a wardrobe that is post-SF. No one can tell, except me, and this is what matters in the end because I feel better in my new clothes.

It is easy to tell. Fused fronts are very flat and almost no curvature around the body, Lapels look concave or hollow rather than convex and full. The cloth over a canvass looks more natural and not "plastic and lifeless". Fused shoulders are very straight and do not follow the natural curve of the shoulder. Easier to show than explain. Put two next to each other to discern the difference and then you will be able to spot it across a room.

would you assume, (depending on where you are), that 95% of suits/jackets you see are most likely fused?

I honestly don't care enough to ever think about this. I'm confused--what does it matter?

Your question make no sense as posed, I was asking for clarification...
