Are trendy friends so bad?

Hey guys-

My girl

has been complaining about my new friends..I met most of these dudes from my friend DJ Ricks and have a good time hanging with them. She says that they are trendy and will change who I am on the inside..well I am beginning to think she's crazy

I have been friends with DJ Ricks for over 2 years and I dont think i've change because of him. I dont like most of the music he spins and certainly we are cool with being different

although I have started listening to the Stone Roses and some other bands because of his influence.

but why should I worry if these guys are trendy if i'm still the same Danny Wilson? My girl is starting to get on my back

over stuff that isnt so important. I told her yesterday that she shouldnt sweat the small stuff like dumplings

Don't worry about your Britification Danny - tell her it was just evolution!

lol... I suppose there's nothing wrong with trendy friends. I would be more concerned if your trendy friends started dragging you to trendy clubs. Personally, I tend to avoid those types of places b/c the chicks are mostly gold diggers. They're a great way to piss away money though.
