Who tightens their tie to the point of discomfort? I've seen some rubbish science in my time, but this is absolute crap.

The study design is idiotic...

The real issue is that people buy shirts that are too small for them and then proceed to wash and tumble dry until the shirts shrink. On that one day of the year when they wear a tie, it feels tight and uncomfortable, not because of the tie, but because of the collar. But instead of realising their mistake with the shirt, they blame the tie.

Clearly, you have no knowledge whatever about human physiology and would be better served by putting your key board away!
