I found a pair on ebay thats a great price but is the style dated? I remember the boom trend of athletic inspired shoes 5 years ago. It seems like the trend now went back to the old school classic canvas sneakers. I guess my question is- Is this style a dated trend or is it something that will stay for a few more years. below is link to the diesel shoe im talking about: http://www.journeys.com/catalog_detail.aspx?id=41240

+1 to constant struggle for taking time out of his day to address some of the stupider trends that seemed to have popped up.

although these are a bit pricey ($300ish)
if you want a better recommendation and all, headover to the denim and streetwear section of this forum, and ask a question about footwear and a little background of what you are looking for, age, style, and PRICE RANGE, and we could provide some help

I like them, there's a bit of a corrective orthopedic shoe meets elite track shoe vibe going on.
