I found the listing on ebay, could tell those are listing photos.
Hope I’m not bearing bad news to you if you bought them, but they aren’t shell. Allen Edmonds has used a burgundy corrected grain leather that easily fools people in photos (Especially if still new and haven’t creased yet).

This used to happen to me often where I couldn’t tell in photos until I actually bought a new pair of shell shoes and got used to how they break in/roll instead of crease.

The surface of those is unmistakably shell. Lots of shell looks world's apart from grain corrected, ie, the rough surface and little bumps that are usually a character on shell vamps. Even those creases show the typical rough shell.

Thanks, all! This pair is in quite good condition, I did not hesitate to pull the trigger once I think it is made of shell. I will report back once I receive it!
