Are these pants too tight? Also, how do they look?

Bought two pairs of paints. First one is 31x30 and "Tailored" (These pants fit AMAZING when I'm standing, but are SLIGHTLY tight when I sit, as you can see here - but are they TOO tight when I sit?) -









Second pair is 31x30 in a "Slim Fit" completely different brand, but MUCH less tight all around - how do these look?

The second pair; what the hell have you got in your right front pocket, a large smart-phone and bulging wallet or something? ...and if they're too tight when you sit, there's a danger you might hear an embarrassing ripping sound one day...and split pants is never good.

I don't think they are necessarily *too tight* - what constitutes too tight? I feel a RELATIVELY more tighter fit in the crotch when I sit than on more looser brands, but I thought this is just to be accepted with getting pants that are "slim fit" now?
