Average, but they can be great/awful prices depending on a lot of things.

Agree with bigbadbuff. They are average for the big legit sellers, but can range based on the item. A navy or charcoal Zegna in a classic style is a great deal for $500. Less so if it's purple windowpane or something (well, that sounds kinda cool...)

Personally, if I was paying these prices, I'd want to have to option to return.

agree with everything above, might say that prices are a bit on the high side by 10% or 20%.

for example, last fall i got a NWT solid navy oxxford suits in the gibbons cut for $599 - probably the most desirable combination - and a number of them were unsold for a couple cycles.

The worlds finest and shop-kanvas would be two of the big legit sellers refered to here, I guess. Basically well established business maybe even with actual shop-addresses and mostly flawless feedback. It would be hard to quote a comprehensive list.
