The tear in the trousers can be rewoven with varying degrees of success. A top reweaver might charge around $200.

I'm unable to discern the damage in the top photo. Do you have a better shot?

I could "fix" these pants by turning them into 6 or 7 rags to shine my shoes.

I see a variety of stains and/or tears (pics make it difficult to be sure, to be honest).

I would not be overly optimistic......

If they're yours, I'd probably let them die naturally rather than try anything too heroic. If you're actually considering buying these from somewhere (trash compactor?) and wondering if they could be salvaged, I'd say unless you want material to follow gdl's advice, then run far, run fast & don't look back.

The second photo is of my favorite flannels the stain isn't as bad as it looks, I sat on red clay at my sisters house. There is a just a rip that I was told couldn't be fixed just asking here out of Obama someone had a similar rip fixed.
The first photo is of a shetland sweater that was eaten by moths.

I once took a pair of wool pants in with a small hole to see if it could be fixed, and the local person said it would be about $70 per square inch to reweave them. Too much for me, but it should be possible.

Alice Zotta Reweavers can work miricales. She isn't too expensive either. But it will run you at least 100$ The moth holes less.
