newb question-

I see that they have rubber soles which would speak to their general poor quality, however why are these a bad deal?

Well as you see they did not sell, and I'm trying to get the poster to sell at a lower price. I know with the rubber soles, they are not as well made as they are the cheaper line, but I need a pair of slip ons for travel, and I figure the rubber will be easier on me as I am on my feet all day. I just dont want to buy a pair of fakes.

I certainly am new at this, so can you ellaborate on that point? Are you saying Ferragamo is bad as a whole, or this line particularly? If you have some exerience, I would love to hear about it.

I would not buy this style of shoe in this kind of quality range, but I guess it's ok if you exhausted your options. My main problem is this line of shoes are not built to last and that's a pretty used shoe.

I like the styling of Ferragamo and the quality of their Tramezza. Their lower line shoes, especially with rubber soles are frequently around $250 at actual Ferragamo stores and are pretty ordinary shoes.

The seller even claimed that "I would estimate I wore them about 25 times, as you can see by the pictures of the soles as they are still new looking." and you can see the picture that it is all shaped to a foot already.

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
