Are the Alden + Context Roy Boot worth $585?

Lately I've been trying to invest into quality footwear and I was questioning if I should drop $585 for the Roy boots that I wouldn't receive until some time in June. I just wanted some opinions on the quality of the boots and any reviews you may have on them. Thanks

You should post this in the Alden thread, it doesn't need it's own thread. But to answer your question, yes, they are worth it. I have a pair and they are great boots. The crepe sole makes them particularly comfortable to walk in.

I've got two pairs of selvage raws,so I'm not that big of a junky, what do you denim experts think of this???????????
