I saw some Faconnable ties with interesting patterns and upon a further inspection, I found out that they were surprisingly very nice. The ones I saw retailed for around $120.
All I came up from searching is that Faconnable suits and shoes are top notch.
Please share any knowledge you may have regarding their ties.

I've got a burgundy self-stripe that I got at the Rack. I like the silk, and it ties an excellent knot.

Made in France is done by Breuer and are very good ties. I am not sure who does their made in Italy stuff, but it is decent enough. Some like them, some don't. I actually picked up some made in France stuff from the rack recently. Very nice stuff, especially for the price.

I have some wool ones, made in France (Breuer). They are very good.

+1, good quality ties. Did you find the slim model or the regular width model?
They do a good slim tie.

I've got a couple of silk ones--they're perfectly decent. I wouldn't pay $120 for them, but then I wouldn't pay $120 for any tie.

My impression is that Faconnable quality is variable depending on the vendor. A pair of Faconnable chukkas I bought about 10 years ago have held up very well and given excellent service. I'd probably rate them a tad superior to my A-Es. However, some of the Faconnable footgear I have seen in later years has not been nearly so nice. I gather that both Alden and A-E have made shoes for Faconnable on occasion.
