I don't know about American, but Europeans are definately better than the majority of English women.

Wait -- England isn't part of Europe anymore?

How do you define classy (besides not using the word 'classy')?

it depends where...there are parts of europe where the women are classier than other parts. The same goes for USA. Usually in the uptown of a big city.

You'd better hope not, or they might start correcting your grammar.

In my experiences in England and now in mainland (fully integrated) Europe, I'd be inclined to agree with the above (somewhat 'black and white') pictorial evidence. Typical Friday and Saturday nights in many British towns are an ugly sight of guys tanked-up, and looking for fights, girls pissed and screaming their vacuous heads off (if not sprawled in some gutter contemplating vomiting or falling asleep). A night out here is somewhat different; a tad more sophisticated. In terms of eye candy, Italy is more toward the Scandinavian model, too, as you might guess....
As for America? Haven't spent enough time there to say.

Forza Azzurri!
