Are 3-button sports coats with small lapels stylish?

Here's an example of what I mean. Not saying I am interested in buying the one in this link. My question is that sort of thing is stylish if its from a good brand. I'm just linking to this image to illustrate what I mean by 3-button sports coats with small lapels.

Well, it depends - if you have a gut then it's a good jacket to mask it. If you're thin - then NO

Narrow lapels are a current (or slightly outdated) fashion trend. They are not stylish. If you buy a coat like you describe, it will likely look dated in no time at all. Especially the 3 button AND narrow lapel.

Im not exactly fat or thin but if 2 buttons with normal size lapels is more stylish then that's all I wanna get.

Is 2 buttons with normal size lapels the most stylish kind to get?

What I would suggest is that you take a good look at yourself wearing it and see if you like the look. If you like it, get it, if not, keep looking. The confidence you will gain from wearing what you like will usually outweigh considerations fo whether or not it is in.

What the doctor said. Especially if they have a nice roll to the lapel. And are properly fitted. Unlike that is the one you posted

Polo IV in particular is great. 3 buttons, ticket pocket, trim fit, high armholes. And they can be found in great prices here in the B&S forum.

3 roll 2 are the only I consider. 3b's are bad IMO.

And thin lapels are currently trendy, not short lapels with with a high button stance - those are only trendy with NFL announcers who wear 5btn suits.
