I am looking to pick up a Therme Parka this month, but am not sure about the exact fit. None of the stores I went to in Vancouver had them in stock for me to try on unfortunately.
I did try the Ames Jacket (http://arcteryx.com/product.aspx?language=EN&model=Ames-Jacket) on in size medium and the fit was quite nice (almost perfect fit), quite slim fit compared to the Atom LT Hoody which I own in medium.

However, I heard the Therme is quite loose fit from what I read online; do you guys think a small size would better match me? I am 5'10" 180lbs.
The Camosun Parka should fit more like the Ames Jacket, right?

By the way, what's the best deal I could get for a Therme in Vancouver, BC? Anyone know? ;)

My guess would be a small. My recommendation would be to PM the poster directly above you to discuss sourcing a Therme. (I am considering the same.)

Always appreciate the promotion. Be aware of the updated Arc'teryx pricing as of August. Also I have a few Veilance pieces (any size) if anyone is interested

Got Field Jacket in Neptune last week. Not sure if its SS16 or FW16. Is there a way to tell them apart? Even if they're the same, I'd still like to know which season it's from

Is that not from FW15? I picked up a field jacket in Neptune last FW season.

It doesn't say on the tag? (Check the garment tag if not the sales tag.)

The Veilance line does not ring home with me. It's something 'odd' about their design. It looks a bit lifeless. I like Arcteryx 'normal' line better. I own quite a few jackets from them.

They have a Neptune Field listed under SS16 as well with identical pictures
Just consulted tags to no avail, even the old Veilance tags don't say. Guess it's a call to Vancouver and reading a long string of numbers then

I'm liking all the colors for fw16.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes an order to get to the U.S.?

Did the Monitor design change or is it the picture?

On the topic of the monitor, wasn't the s/s version $900 on their site yesterday. They are now selling for $1100?

It appears Nomad and Capsule have the Galvanic IS in cotton.

Spoke with a SA and the Monitor has remained the same from last season
Remember when it was CAD 850 and spiked to CAD 1100, good times
Hoping that's a typo on their part and just a copy & paste from an older season description. Dye poorly adhered to the cotton face and as a result colour loss was common. Got so bad AV had to recall the Galvanic

Yeah, the price jumps seem pretty crazy. I guess people are still buying. That Achrom is sweet, though.

I heard from a Veilance dealer that the low CAD has had a lot to do with the price jumps. I'm glad I picked up the Nomin and Field before the jumps.

I have the Quoin Jacket. I'd say it's pretty tts. Take your normal Veilance size.
