I've grilled corn in the husk. I've grilled it in foil. I've grilled it naked. Now to take it to another level - I smoked it. One of the BBQ teams at the BBQ Bash smoked corn and added the kernels to a pulled pork taco. I decided to try it myself the next day and it was really good.

Of course I documented it here with pictures every step of the way, but, honestly, it was so simple I think there were only like 5 pictures. But here is one of the mouth watering pics:

This looks really good. My parents are vegetarians, and my dad loves corn, so I'm definitely going to show them this.

Thanks!

my parents are vegetarians too, but my dad only has the patience to let his Morningstar Farms soy burger defrost on the grill and take some warmth before slapping it on a bun with some onions and mustard.
This kind of dedication to corn is out of the question. We're a bit different, he and I....

How do you feel about spending money on non-essential goods during the Covid-19 crisis?

  • I don't want to spend money at a time of economic uncertainty, even if I could afford it.

  • I feel compelled to spend to help small businesses that are struggling.

  • I reduced my budget for non-essential goods and I'm not spending at the moment.

  • Not much has changed for me and I'm still buying stuff I can't afford.
