Aportnoy is on Hiatus?

Why have not we heard from our friend Aportnoy these days?

Ive been depleted of his almost weekly shoe presentations,

well, Aportnoy, even if you don't purchase any shoe anytime soon (not here to pressure you)

I still would enjoy new photos of your present collection, maybe shoes we have never seen. Even shoes you have worn and how they have patinated.

I dont know, anyone else wondering where our friend is these days?



I sit here waiting while I type this while donning on my new pair of Nagrani socks I received so generously by someone here!

Gentlemen, I think we have to face the facts. aportnoy has a lot of shoes. He posted regularly. We have not heard from him in weeks. Nor have we seen his shoes. The only reasonable conclusion is that his shoes have come to life and treed him. What a way to go.

I PM'ed him a whiel ago to let him know Bergdorf had a pair of Vass in his size on sale. He didn't reply. Believe me, he would have replied. He's been MIA for a while.

i thought the very same thing. when i called to see what else they had left, they told me a vass in 7 and I immediately thought,
"those are aportnoy's"

He's probably on vacation, either from work or simply from shopping/shoes/SF... As much as we love SF, everyone needs a break once in a while, which I too am about to take.

this may be well true and an excellent theory after all because I remember seeing his signature as saying,
"The devil wears Edward Green, not Prada"

How else would he have known this fact if he has not seen the devil?
