Is there any difference between APC 'Slim' and 'New Cure' besides the name?

And this is the same denim as New Standards right?

I haven’t seen many pics of New Cures being worn but if I like the fit of Nudie Thin Finns these should be good right? I was going to order some New Standards but I think they won’t be slim enough for my liking.

If you're talking about the jeans listed on the website as 'Slim', yes, they are the 'New Cure' jeans. If you order a pair of slim jeans, they will say 'New Cure' on the inside.

They aren't selvage.

The actual denim used on the New Cure and New Standard is exactly the same. The New Cure doesn't have a selvage edge like the New Standard but the actual denim is the same. The cut in the New Cure isn't straight enough to maintain a selvage edge the whole way down the leg, that is why they don't use the selvage. However, the denim is otherwise exactly the same and will stretch the same.
