APC does not make my size - replacement?

I want to buy these loafers from APC:

Sadly, they don't make them in my size (47 EU or 13 US). Has anyone seen anything like this (suede penny loafers with thin soles) online?

Thanks for the idea! I love their sturdy mocs, but I am looking for something more suple for the summer.

Price is also not an issue.
