Anyone wanna work out?

    I need motivation and am lacking it. I want to start eating right again and getting some exercise starting Monday. Anyone wanna join me? I mean, may as well start looking better Summer is coming! We could use this thread to post meals, exercise routines, progress... Anyone? [​IMG]

    While my summer is just ending, to get ready some 5 months ago I did Kris Gethin's 12 Week Video trainer. Now I know the idea "bodybuilding" can be a turnoff, but if you are in any kind of shape as I was, becoming one of them is not a legitimate fear. By all means try it out! Sure, after the 12 weeks I quickly went back to my old ways, but for a while there, I was in great shape!
