I have one. It's okay. The main benefit is that it takes like ten seconds to start producing steam. The steam is pretty weak. It's okay if you think it's the kind of thing you need. I keep one in my dressing room. It's good for removing quick wrinkles from wool stuff or neckties.

I have a real steamer which is much better, but takes forever to heat up.

I believe there is some kind of SF-approved steam iron for steaming things.
