Anyone tried Brass Bones London, or other entry-level MTM/bespoke shirts?

Hi all,

Have been around this site quite a while and really need some entry level MTM shirt advice. I have an uncommon figure, and have hardly found anything that goes well with me. Now I've finally given up mass production I really want to try some MTM/Bespoke shirt. Entry level only, please (50 - 60 pounds range as I have not yet started working).

Has anyone ever heard of or tried out Brass Bones? It's an online shop and with this price range I guess I can go for online shops only. It came to me recommended by a banker. They seem to make reasonable shirts at a reasonable price (50-60 pounds).

Or is there anything out there at this price range that's more popular on this forum? Brass Bones takes 4 weeks from ordering to delivery and I expect no more than this.

Advice, recommendation, tips and all comments highly appreciated!

If you're actually in London you could try Stephan Haroutunian in Putney. They do MTM starting from £65 with no minimum order. Quality is pretty good and they're happy to do a lot of tweaking on the fit to get it right.

Thank you for the input, that's certainly worth considering. I am in London myself and really want to try out what London tailors have to offer. Only problem is that I can't afford spending a lot on a shirt.

But I'm moving to Hong Kong for work soon where labour cost is way lower than in London so I'm essentially taking away my shirts as a memory of this city. lol... Digressed...
