Cutler & Gross made clear frames. The iammatt has a pair of limited editions, a collaboration with Comme des Garcons. You might also want to check out Sol Mosct as clear acrylic frames are actually a rather traditional design: http://www.moscot.com/index.html In fact, they have an online order option with clear frames:
