Hi Guys,

Does anyone know a shop in Manhattan that sells high quality suede elbow patches? I'm looking for something very soft and elegant a la Cucinelli. I saw this online: http://www.domesticleather.com/Products/Prod4.htm but would much prefer to see and feel the suede in person. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

What will you do with them once you locate?

Dont buy from Domesticleather. I tried to purchase some patches from them, paid, and they sent to the wrong address. Never acknowledged the error, blamed me, and accepted absolutley no responsibility. Crap company, poor communication, and non existant customer service. Thankfully it was so little money I couldnt care. Just dont buy if you expect to receive the item.

Hi Guys - I found some at Lichtenstein's on Delancey Street near Orchard. They had several styles and color shades of brown. I settled on a pair that was genuine suede which was only $6.95. They are a bit flimsy and I don't expect them to last forever, but at that price I'm fine with buying a new pair every year or two and possibily shaking it up with different browns.

There's a leather place I go to where you buy the hides. I then just cut them in the shape I want. I can't remember the name but I emailed my assistant. I recently did some white suede patches with blue stitching.
