Anyone know the model of these Prada Boots?

My brother who lives in Manhattan gave me these Prada Boots a few years ago and I'm attempting to sell them but don't know the model name or what US size they would be....think about 10.5 or 11?? What's a ballpark value? They've only been worn a handful of times as they are not my style.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
