Try [email protected], or [email protected]

I got help from Marc Kohlbry. I didnt get an immedeate reply, but they did get back to me, and were able to help me track down some officer chinos in the size I needed. This is probably the busiest time of the year for them.

I will re-send the e-mail to both of those. Jet obviously I'll use a tailor... once I have the actual piece I need to sew back on:

Thanks Mauro. I did get in touch with them, but after a few weeks of waiting, they eventually got back to me (today) with a "sorry, nothing we can do". Which is pretty weak; this is a jacket that retailed at close to 400 bucks bought less than 1 year ago which is now unwearable. Makes you wonder about the quality of purportedly SF approved brands.

I guess I'll try to find something that will do the job and replace both rivets so that it looks symmetrical.

Not terribly impressed.

That sucks JD. You'd think a small company like Apolis would want to stand behind their products.

The only effort involved is sticking it in a rivet machine really quick and shipping it back to you.

This is all a bit silly.

Best to include a spare button or two and avoid inane requests like this if you were apolis.

With that piece of fabric flopping around, yes, it is. I'm not all that picky but it just looks ridiculous. It's fixable though. Just need to find something to do the fixing.

Take it to an alterations place - you'd be surprised at the stuff they have around to fix things like this.
