Have a large order, but needs several different logos embroidered on different pieces. Anyone know about computerized embroidery machines?

There are numerous firms that specialize in this area. You should be able to find someone local in the phone book. Many trophy and sporting goods stores will offer this sevice or can provide a referral. Various sports and league teams get this stuff done all the time. Large vendors (as in 10's of thousands of pieces) can be found online. Volume like that is much cheaper overseas.

In general, they can make a pattern from something as simple as a picture, but it's usually best to send an art file. They should be able to tell you what formats will look best or how much detail you'll need to provide them.
