Anyone in the US able to forward a few shipments to me? (reward)

title says it (almost) all. I buy clothes from all over the world. In case of some US shops, I would need someone there to whom I'd send the package and he'd send it to me, to the Czech Rep. I would complete the order, paying the total of course, so "no big deal", just receive the package and then send it to me. 10% of the purchase price for you, minimally $30 + price of shipping you'll pay. Anyone trustworthy?
