Yes, we all know it requires hard labor, long hours and sacrifices, but what good thing doesn't?
I'm only starting my career in financial services, and I feel like I should stop lying to myself and do something I really love and am great at!

You have no idea what you're getting yourself into. Don't ever say you weren't warned.

I been in the industry on and off for like 8 years and know/worked for several restaurateurs. Having a successful restaurant is tough and in these times it's almost impossible. Anyways... good luck on your venture.
