thoughts on any of these -- not really sure which i should go for yet...i like the idea of theft protection would have been useful last week 
extended warranties sound good too. i checked the other AMEX thread but not much in terms of specifics except the SPG seemed well-received but i dont stay at hotels much.

Extended warranty is great - I used it on my wife's laptop and they refunded the entire purchase price. I use return protection quite a bit (e.g. buy something final sale from yoox and it doesn't fit) and purchase protection (I have an infant at home, so things get broken/stained/etc). Plat FHR+Global Entry+$200 airline credit is great if you will use it.
