Anyone heard of this made-in-Romania brand Fiaucarls Ul Orebh?

I've recently found a pair of brogue boots named Fiaucarls Ul Orebh at a local thrift store and wonder if anyone ever heard about them since there's almost no info on google.

At a quick glance, they look solid and the leather is not bad. The sole construction is either goodyear welt or stitch-down I am not sure but it seems solid.
